SPINAL DECOMPRESSION

Chiropractic Care spinal decompression

Spinal Decompression is a type of therapy that involves stretching the spine in a controlled manner to relieve pressure on the discs and nerve roots. It can be performed on either the lumbar (lower) or cervical (neck) regions of the spine.

The main reason why people undergo spinal decompression therapy is to safely treat injuries related to the intervertebral discs, such as herniated or bulging discs. In addition to disc injuries, spinal decompression therapy has also been found to be effective in treating a range of conditions that cause pain and discomfort in the neck, head, sciatica, and arthritis.

Spinal decompression is considered a gentler alternative to surgical procedures, and has shown promising results in reducing pain and improving mobility for many patients.
